OSCAR buzz is in the air, and once again South Africa makes a feature?!?! South African born Neill Blomkamp‘s District 9 (it’s a f#$#%n PRAWN)  has picked up four Oscar nominations for best picture, best editing, best adapted screenplay, and best visual effects.
