I’m no architect,  designer, furniture guru, art fag, environmentalist, or offer any credible opinion on what’s cool and what’s not, but my G_D, I think you might have to agree with me on the epic stylishness, design, natural light, hydro floor heating, ventilation & overall radness of this house. Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you had a house on a lake? It would be darn right ridiculous if you owned this floating home designed by Vandeventer & Carlander Architects.

A new 975 meter high super tower planned for Miami could potentially beat out Dubai’s Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building if built. Designed by KOBI KARP, Miapolis would be more than just be a building – it would be a “city within a city.” With plans to utilize the most cutting-edge sustainable systems and practices drafted into the design, this dizzying arcology would be the largest LEED-certified structure at any rating level in the United States.
